SwiftIRC is a network consisting of multiple servers. All servers support SSL through port 6697.

Round-robin
Alternatively, you can simply connect to irc.swiftirc.net to be redirected to any server. irc.eu.swiftirc.net and irc.us.swiftirc.net allow you to connect to any European or any American server respectively. These work for both IPv4 and IPv6.
